Bjarni Herjólfsson

Another Viking explorer, Bjarni Herjólfsson was blown off course on his way to Greenland and sighted some new lands west of Greenland. He himself never went ashore nor made any attempt to investigate his findings. But, he did pass on his findings to others upon his return.
