Teachers and pupils of the general educational secondary school No36 heartily greet you and your staff at "The Viking Network" with the 1000th jubilee of Leif Erikson's reaching the American coast.
In spite of national, cultural and language differences we completely support,
with great interest, the idea of uniting schools for participation in the
project "The Viking Network". Our pupils have written some essays on the
topic "The Viking Epoch" and we have introduced them to the history and culture
of Norway in their History, Literature, Music, Geography and English lessons.
We hope to work with you further.
We also send you photos of our pupils and teachers who took an active part
in this work.
