In the summer of 1993, David Morley in Scotland and Wigo (Skråmm) in Norway started The Viking Network along with Nils Steinar(Våge) and Yngve (Skråmm). With email-projects, a mailing-list for members and The Viking Network Web, the workload grew and regional co-ordinators were included in the network:
