The data base program known as RUBREG was developed by Kaare A. Andersen
for use in the analysis of historic documents. The program is used today
by teachers at all levels as well as in colleges and universities. Kaare
A. Andersen has been of invaluable professional support in the work of
registration. He has developed all of the registration forms so that they
will be most completely true to the original source. We have not deviated
from the original sources so all of LHRC's material is completely true to
the original documents.
