COPENHAGEN, Monday, Nov. 13.
The opinion is generally expressed here to-night that the plebiscite on the Norwegian Government’s proposal that the throne of Norway should be offered to Prince Charles of Denmark will result in a far larger majority in its favour than was expected.
A deputation from the Norwegian Government will arrive here on Saturday, and will be received on Sunday by King Christian at Amalienborg, whereupon the ceremony of the appointment of Prince Charles and Princess Maud as Norway’s King and Queen will take place.
